Fundraise with JBF Livonia/Novi!

Just Between Friends Livonia/Novi is happy to partner with local elementary school PTAs to provide a great resource to families and raise money for your school at the same time!

The JBF Livonia/Novi Sale happens twice a year in Livonia.  During this 3-day event, thousands of families shop at JBF to find great deals on the clothing, shoes, books, toys and equipment that their growing kids need, 50-90% off retail. All items are prepped and priced by local families who benefit from shoppers by putting a little extra cash back in their budgets. Sellers are able to designate any of their unsold items for donation which we coordinate on their behalf. It's a win-win-win! 

If you would like to offer this great resource to the families in your school, we'd love to partner with you! We are hosting a Shop for Your School day on Saturday, May 3 from 10am-6pm. Similar to the popular "dine to donate" events, when your families mention their school at the register we donate a portion of their receipt back to the school they are supporting.


**Must be located within/near Livonia, Novi, Farmington, Westland, Plymouth and Northville.**

Ticket Sales Fundraiser for Schools

Get a unique tracking link to share with your families. Each ticket purchased using your link earns your organization money!

JBF Livonia/Novi commits to:
-20% of your ticket sales as a donation to your organization. Increases to 30% if used as JBF Bucks to spend at the sale! Get those teacher wish lists!
-Providing your unique URL
-Providing marketing materials for your use (ex. flyers, email and social media templates, etc)
-End of event reporting

Portion of Receipt Fundraiser | Saturday May 3, 10am-6pm

Similar to the popular "dine to donate" events, when your families mention their school at the register we donate a portion of their receipt back to the school they are supporting.

JBF’s Commitments:
1. Produce Free Admission Passes/Fundraiser Flyers for each child at your school* (they will be mailed/dropped off in late August/early September)
2. Collect Fundraiser Passes at event Checkout; staple to customer purchase receipt.
3. Donate 5% of your school’s sale profits to your PTA (minimum donation $25.00 with at least one sale).

PTA Commitments:
1. Provide numbers of Free Admission Passes/Fundraiser Flyers needed.
2. Bundle Fundraiser Flyers as per school instructions (usually bundled in groups by classroom size).
3. Ensure that materials are distributed to each student in the school.
4. Distribute FREE Prime Time Pre-Sale passes to your teachers - SUPER EASY teacher appreciation!
4. In general, promote participation in the event amongst parents, teachers, and staff.

Guest(s) hereby consents to the use by Organizer of his/her likeness taken during the Event and grants and conveys unto the Organizer all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by the Organizer during the Guest(s) participation in any activities under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
