  • Your Tagger may drop off your items during their scheduled appointment.

  • Please drop off your items between 1:30pm-2:00pm or 7pm-8pm on May 1. (ie. before or after you work your Drop-off shift)

If you are not yet signed up to sell at the Livonia/Novi event in your JBF Profile, we will do that on your behalf so that your online tags will be accessible at our registers. Please check this box to acknowledge.

  • "Wear" a perforated window cling on your car for 4 weeks leading up to the sale. You must live in/very near to our territory; Livonia, Novi, Farmington/Farmington Hills, Westland, Plymouth, Northville, etc.

  • Share ALL of our designated posts, called out in our Facebook Seller Community Group. We also pin them as “Featured” in the group and on our main page. These are posts we’ve put marketing dollars behind so you sharing them stretches those dollars!
    In order to earn your early shopping pass please screenshot your shares (make sure to include the timestamp) and email them all in ONE final email to [email protected] OR show all of your shares to our Greeter at Drop-off. You will receive a pass via email after drop-off.

  • You'll receive a special shopping ticket link to share! Extra bonus, each ticket claimed using your special link enters you into a raffle for an extra 10% in your check! This 10% can be added ON TOP of your Crew 10%; so you have a chance at earning 80% in your commission check!

  • We will email you a check, you print and deposit.

  • ONLY if your bank or credit union does not accept eChecks, please request a paper check.

Pre-paid Consignor (aka Seller) Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable (please reserve your Seller spot when you are certain about your plans to sell - this helps us plan for you).

I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning. I understand if I have more than 3 items pulled for not meeting quality guidelines I will be charged $1.00/item over the first three items.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) of Livonia/Novi and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

I understand that there are risks associated with selling items in a public venue, and I have the option to place high value and/or high theft items in more secure locations. It is my responsibility to place my items in these secure areas during Drop Off (please inquire when you arrive).

I understand that JBF of Livonia/Novi is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF of Livonia/Novi has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF of Livonia/Novi for the items I offer for sale.

I understand JBF Livonia/Novi will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.

I understand if my item is marked full price, it will only be sold at full price; if my item is marked to reduce, it will be discounted during Half Price Presale and on 50% off day. Including 75% off on Half Price Day for staff and Crew working sort and breakdown shifts.

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission. I have inspected each item for safety, including checking all pockets for choking hazards or for items that may pose a risk to children.

Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item and charged an additional $1 per item pulled as a "no thank you" from the sales floor.

I understand that unsold items that are NOT marked DONATE will be sorted to the first letter of my consignor number. I will be responsible for picking up my items from each area.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

I understand that the email address listed in my JBF Profile will be used to issue my consignor payment unless I request a paper check sent via US mail.
Guest(s) hereby consents to the use by Organizer of his/her likeness taken during the Event and grants and conveys unto the Organizer all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by the Organizer during the Guest(s) participation in any activities under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
